The goal for this project was to set this new brokerage apart from a crowded Billings real estate market. Meridian wanted to launch their business with authority and to help guide their customers home.
Hurdles
In an industry that has high numbers of agents competing for a low number of listings, it can be difficult to stand out and attract buyers and sellers.
Approach
We created a brand for Meridian Real Estate that differentiates and establishes them as the home guides in Billings.
Result
Meridian Real Estate can offer personal care and attention to detail with a brand that will be remembered. They may be "the new kid on the block," but they have quality branding to match the quality of their customer service and years of experience.
