The Brokerage wants to positively affect the lives of their clients, their families, and all of those whom they serve. Serving others by mastering their profession, cutting through the noise, and being a pillar within their community. The Brokerage aims to pour value into the relationships formed with their clients, agents, and all who choose to do business with them.
The goal for this project was to create a strong and compelling brand that would give this new firm a distinct identity to set it apart from other Billings real estate agents.
Our challenge was to build up a fresh new idea from the ground up that accurately tells The Brokerage’s story. To do this, we had to challenge the narrative surrounding real estate companies.
In every aspect, we aimed to blend hard and soft elements to create a unique style that evoked strength, passion, and legacy while remaining true to real estate.
With a bold and distinctive brand identity and logo, The Brokerage is poised to rise above the noise and redefine what leadership looks like in Billings’ real estate market. Their comprehensive brand guidelines ensure every touchpoint, from digital listings to printed materials, reflects their confident, modern aesthetic. We delivered a full suite of collateral design, including eye-catching signage and refined graphic assets, giving them the tools to communicate with clarity and style. Whether it’s a business card or a billboard, The Brokerage now has everything it needs to stand apart from the pack and make a lasting impression on clients and competitors alike.
