Just good pizza! Nestled in the beautiful mountain town of Red Lodge Montana, Scoops Pizza and Ice Cream is located on historic Broadway Avenue, and occupies a building over 100 years old. Offering Red Lodge's only wood fired pizza and chicken wings - Scoops is a must try! Whether you're looking for take-out, delivery, or a family friendly restaurant to eat lunch and dinner; Scoops can please the whole family with our wood fired pizza, wings, and ice cream.

Goal

The goal for this project was to provide a more authentic brand after they expanded their menu. We also wanted to set it apart in the busy Red Lodge restaurant scene and establish it as the best option for pizza in town.

Hurdles

While Scoops had a 15+ year history to pull from, they had recently expanded their menu thanks to their new wood fired oven and the town needed to know they could now get wood fired pizza and wings to go with their ice cream.

Approach

Using Red Lodge’s western heritage as inspiration, we coupled that with a fun animated take on food.

Result

Nestled in a small mountain town, Scoops Pizza & Ice Cream serves up branding as irresistible as its menu. With a playful yet polished brand identity and logo, Scoops strikes the perfect balance between local charm and metropolitan flair, rivaling big city pizza joints in both taste and presentation. We crafted detailed brand guidelines to keep their look cohesive across platforms, while vibrant photography showcases the mouthwatering appeal of their food and atmosphere. Bold exterior signage draws in passersby, and custom collateral and graphic design add personality to every menu, flyer, and napkin. Their inviting web design rounds out the experience, making Scoops a destination worth discovering, whether you're a local or just passing through.
