With a strong emphasis on local pride and opportunity, the rebrand needed to engage both newcomers and long-time residents through intentional storytelling and user-centered design.

Goal

To elevate the brand’s digital presence, we delivered a multi-faceted approach including web design, content creation & strategy, graphic design, and digital ad design. Our mission: create an online hub that showcases Billings’ vibrancy, fosters community connection, and inspires relocation with compelling, values-driven messaging.

Hurdles

Better Off in Billings needed to strike a balance between visual storytelling and practical usability. The site had to be both intuitive for users browsing career and lifestyle resources, and versatile enough to support evolving campaign efforts across digital channels.
