Western Skies Real Estate was one of Billings’ first boutique real estate firms. With a surge of new boutique firms popping up all over town, WSRE knew they needed to rebrand in order to stand out amongst a highly saturated market. With agents able to handle first time homebuyers, commercial real estate, luxury residential, and large farm and ranch sales; with service beyond the sale, Western Skies can take you where you need to go.
When we first met with Western Skies, the sky (pun intended) was the limit on the direction we could take the rebrand. With no restrictions, the sheer number of options can be overwhelming. When this happens, we like to work backwards to establish the directions we won’t explore and go from there. This is one of the things that makes our approach unique, every client has different needs and we’re willing to work from a single starting point that takes us to an individualized end result for every client.
Goal
Western Skies branding needed to appeal to a wide variety of people from potential clients to potential agents looking for a brokerage to work under.
Hurdles
Within a Real Estate brokerage, each individual agent runs their own business. And while it’s human nature to want your own things to stand out, for longevity of the brand, unity is required.
Approach
Together with Western Skies we decided that their branding should be sleek, modern, and fearless.
